What exactly is the HALO band?
HALO is a 3-in-1 performance band: wear it as a headband, twist it into a scrunchie, and use the hidden pocket to stash a key, card, or cash. One band, engineered to move with you.
How do I turn it into a scrunchie?
Push on the metal bead and pull the string at the top of the metal bead. Pull the string down to your desired scrunchie size and use the pocket to tuck the excess string.
How do I use the hidden pocket?
The pocket is a discreet, built-in stash sized for a key, card, or folded cash. Slide your item in, and the band holds it securely while you move.
What is it made from?
A performance knit that’s sweat-wicking and has 4-way stretch with a similar feel to activewear.
How do I find my size?
There is one size for the current HALO Nessa band. The stretch knit is designed to fit most head sizes comfortably. It is 26cm long and 6cm wide. 10.2 inches long and 2.3 inches wide.
How do I wash and care for it?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and lay flat to air dry. Avoid bleach, fabric softener, and the dryer to keep the grip and stretch performing.
When will my order ship?
If you ordered via preorder, you will be notified when the order is ready to ship. Regular orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your band is on its way.
What is your return policy?
As we are just starting out we have an all sales are final policy (hope to change that soon). If you received a damaged or incomplete order please reach out to us via email.
